Payoneer Group is the only company that brings global payments, employer of record, and stablecoin infrastructure together on one platform. That story is not yet being told in European media. The shape below is built around lifting the parent brand into the same European conversation Boundless has already entered, across three running streams: a 90 day opening that gets the spokespeople and the reactive operation in place, a Q2 marquee push around the stablecoin and bank charter launch, and a drumbeat of reactive coverage and conference presence underneath both.
The first move is putting Dee Coakley to work for the Payoneer parent. She is already on the record in Forbes and across Irish business press as the Boundless voice on workforce, compliance, and the future of work. That is the spokesperson position the parent brand does not have yet in Europe. The first 90 days extends her remit so she is briefing UK and Irish journalists on Payoneer Group questions with the Group narrative behind her, alongside a parallel hunt for a Payoneer payments voice who can be quoted on stablecoins, cross border payments, and the European fintech regulatory cycle.
Sitting underneath the spokespeople is a rapid response operation tuned to UK and EU regulation cycles. The UK Employment Rights Bill, the EU Pay Transparency Directive, MiCA stablecoin rules, and the FCA's commentary on cross border payments are all reactive moments where a Payoneer Group quote can land in HR Magazine, Personnel Today, City AM, FT Adviser, or Finextra inside the same news cycle. When the Payoneer acquisition broke in January, this is the rhythm that put Dee on the record in UNLEASH inside the news cycle, with Finextra and FinTech Futures picking up the same hour.
Repackaging the Boundless back catalogue is the third opening move. The country guides, hiring cost calculators, and EOR comparison data all travel well as Payoneer Group analysis once they are repositioned in the Group voice, fanning out into UK Employment Rights Bill commentary, EU Pay Transparency Directive analysis, and the cross border hiring features that HR Magazine, People Management, and Sifted run regularly.
The Q2 launch is the marquee 2026 PR moment. Most of the European trade press has not yet written about Payoneer's stablecoin programme. Bridge, the PAYO Digital Bank charter filing, the GENIUS Act compliance angle: none of it has been picked up outside US financial trades. The Q2 launch is a single shot to land the story properly across UK, German, French, and Nordic fintech media.
Run as a coordinated launch with embargoed briefings to FT Alphaville, Sifted, City AM, Handelsblatt, Les Echos, and the Finextra reporter set, plus a deeper analysis piece syndicated through The Paypers. The Stripe partnership news in 2025 showed how willing this ecosystem is to write about Payoneer infrastructure when it is given to them in the right shape and at the right moment. Stablecoins are the bigger version of the same opportunity.
The work that runs underneath the marquee is keeping the spokespeople in rotation, the data fresh, and the competitor watch tight.
Dee already speaks at HR Technologies UK, Sifted Summit, MoneyLive, and the Finextra events. Putting a Payoneer Group payments voice on the same circuit through 2026 is the cheapest brand build available, and it puts both halves of the Group story in the same room as the journalists and analysts who shape European fintech and HR coverage.
A live Deel, Remote, and Wise tracker keeps reactive opportunities in view, so when a competitor announcement breaks there is a Payoneer Group point of view drafted and pitched within the same news cycle. That is how Boundless landed in UNLEASH's coverage of the Remote and Payoneer acquisitions in January, and the same playbook would apply to whatever Deel and Remote do next.
